01Pedro Lacerda — Founder

Marketing, innovation, and impact strategist, with over 10 years in brands, NGOs, and social transformation movements.

I started working with causes — democracy, climate, youth — and brought that logic to brands that wanted real reputation, not just presence in paid social. Today I operate where strategy and execution meet, guided by data and driven by purpose.

I led projects for Ambipar, Pacto Pela Democracia, The Sunrise Project, Onçafari, ICCI, and Engajamundo. I have a bachelor's degree in International Relations (UniCEUB), a postgraduate degree in Business Intelligence and Innovation (FAAP), and am a specialist in Design Thinking from the Amani Institute.

I received the award for Best Documentary from OAB with "O Amanhã é Hoje", a documentary produced from my work at Engajamundo. PontoCo was created to support this method: we work with a lean model, with specific partners when the project requires scale, and mobilizing people inside and outside organizations.

02Principles

Four principles that underpin all the work we deliver.

01

Clarity before creativity

There is no good campaign built on a confusing message. We always start with diagnosis.

02

Diversity as a principle

Diversity and inclusion are not campaign topics — they are premises of our method. We mobilize people inside and outside organizations so that every decision is built with those it affects.

03

Honest metrics

We define KPIs before the campaign starts. No inflating results afterward to fit the report.

04

Decision in the room

A good workshop ends with a decision made. If it turned into just another meeting, we failed.
