Marketing, innovation, and impact strategist, with over 10 years in brands, NGOs, and social transformation movements.
I was born in Rio de Janeiro and lived between the North Zone and South Zone before I turned ten. Then came Corumbá, Bagé, Brasília and São Paulo, with family spread across Brazil. Each place had its own accent, its own celebration, its own way of saying the same things.
I shaped my eye in two places at once: backstage at my mother's dance productions, watching an idea become a scene before it became applause; and with my father, learning to think in routes, that good direction is made of paths chosen with care. That mix led me to study International Relations and, soon after, to direct Engajamundo, mobilizing youth for climate justice.
From there came Ambipar, Pacto Pela Democracia, The Sunrise Project, Onçafari and ICCI, projects guided by the same question: who is this audience, and what path moves them to act? That question is what led Pacto Pela Democracia to win the World Justice Challenge 2024, and the documentary "Tomorrow Is Today", which I produced from my work at Engajamundo, to win the OAB Best Documentary award.
PontoCo was born from that encounter: the point where an audience decides to act is never chance, it's the result of a path well read and well measured. The next act: taking that thematic-mobilization lens to a broader political scale, and diving into B2C with bolder creative risks.
Four principles that underpin every piece of work I deliver.
01
Clarity before creativity
There is no good campaign built on a confusing message. I always start with the diagnosis.
02
Diversity as a principle
Diversity and inclusion are not campaign topics, they are a premise of my method. I mobilize people inside and outside organizations so that every decision is built with those it affects.
03
Honest metrics
I define KPIs before the campaign starts. No inflating results afterward to fit the report.
04
Decision in the room
A good workshop ends with a decision made. If it turned into just another meeting, I failed.
